How the money works

You always know what you pay and what you get. Every piece is tracked from pickup to sold, or to the donation bin.
The service fee
Paid when you book. It covers the pickup, the cleanup and styling for photos, the listings, buyer messages and shipping.
Your resale share
When a piece sells, the proceeds are split with you. We agree the split before pickup and pay out as items sell.
Honest pricing
Pieces are priced to actually sell, using what similar items go for. Sale prices vary, so we never promise a number up front.
A clean finish
Anything that hasn’t sold goes to a local donation center, and you get the receipt for your records.

What kinds of clothes sell best?+
Clean, gently worn pieces in good shape: denim, dresses, outerwear, shoes, bags and recognizable brands tend to move fastest. Not sure about something? Send it along and we’ll sort it.
Do I have to take photos or write listings?+
Never. Your reseller handles the photos, the listings, buyer questions and shipping. Your only job is deciding what you’re done wearing.
Where do my clothes get listed?+
On Poshmark, Depop and eBay, matched to where each piece is most likely to find its next owner.
How do I get my share?+
We confirm the split with you before pickup, then pay out your share as pieces sell. Resale earnings depend on what sells and for how much.
What happens to the pieces that don’t sell?+
They’re donated to a local donation center, and you get the receipt. Nothing comes back to your closet unless you ask for it.
